The 10018 Darth Maul Bust was released in January, 2001. It was part of the Ultimate Collector's Series Lego® Star Wars line. It is the only Lego® Star Wars bust that was ever released. In 2000, Lego® released a similar item, a Yoda statue.

In 2011, Lego® released an Ultimate Collector's Series Poster. It waas give to customer sof the LEGO.com onlineshop, who did a purchase on May 3rd and 4th of 2011. This poster stated, that the 10018 Darth Maul bust was retired in 2002.
