The V-Wing Fighter Lego® Star Wars set was released in 2006. It includes minifigures of a Clone Pilot and the head of an Astromech Droid. It was released in 2006, and included foldable wings for attack mode. Interestingly the set has the only Q7 Astromech Droid.
