Emperor Palpatine

This version of Palpatine is when he is Emperor of the Galactic Empire. This minifigure has a black torso, legs, hood, and cape and either a yellow or gray head. The gray skinned Emperor Palpatine is a flesh version of the yellow skinned Emperor. He was first included in the Imperial Inspection set, which was released in late 2005.
