Wilhuff Tarkin or Grand Moff Tarkin was a male Imperial official. He died during the Battle of Yavin when the first Death Star exploded. His rank in the Imperial Army was Grand Moff, he was given the difficult task of bringing The Outer Rim Territories inline. He was a very proud and respectable person and was very loyal to the Empire. He liked to use fear as a way of ruling the Empire. In the Empire, he was only outranked by two people; Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine.
